Pillsmania.com does NOT allow anyone to use our products, services and any sort of our websites content for the purpose of sending Spam. We do NOT allow our products, services and any sort of our websites content to be referenced in Spam. If ever any affiliate, webmaster or any other third party is found to be using any content of Pillsmania.com for Spam we will consider it as a violation of our ANTI-SPAM POLICY and take the further action which is blocking the violators account and reporting the case to commercial, non commercial and governmental anti-spam groups and organizations. This ANTI-SPAM POLICY restricts any action that can violate any local and international ANTI-SPAM policies, rules and regulations. Pillsmania.com respects its customers privacy. We assume the full responsibility for all private and contact information of our customers. In respect to this information we have developed the following ANTI-SPAM POLICY.

What is Spam?

Pillsmania.com agrees with and approves of the international spam definition, according to it:

Spam messages are the opposite of permission-based email, which are normally anticipated, personal, relevant and/or associated with a pre-existing business or personal relationship. What is NOT Spam?

An e-mail requested directly by the recipient is NOT Spam.

E-mails containing information on the customers current and past orders (including, but in no way limited to e-mails with the information about the status of the order, shipping and handling status, approvals and cancellations, refunds and reshipments and etc.) which are used to perform the actual Pillsmania.com services can NOT be considered Spam as they are fully required to perform the service the customers are paying for.

If you believe that you have received an unsolicited e-mail please contact us. Please, send us a complaint and include the details and content of the message you have received. We state that well pay most of our attention to every single complaint we receive. If there is any additional information that can help us in an investigation, please, also provide it to us.

Pay attention that Pillsmania.com is not responsible for false Spam complaints and will not take any actions against a perjured webmaster.

Pillsmania.com Warning to Affiliates.

Pillsmania.com confirms every single order over the phone with each customer. This enables us to check how every customer placed the order and whether it is approved.

Termination

Any illegal action of any of the affiliates terminates this ANTI-SPAM POLICY we subject the affiliate account to immediate termination.

Pillsmania.com fully agrees with all local and fedral Anti-Spam laws and regulations (http://www.spamlaws.com/) and the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (http://www.spamlaws.com/federal/index.shtml).

Pillsmania.com fully support all commercial, non commercial and governmental organizations and groups working to cut down any unsolicited commercial emails.
